Are you having trouble disputing or filing an insurance claim? We can help ease the process for you..
Here are a few more common types of insurance claims and what services we offer for them:
Diminished Value
Was your vehicle involved in an accident that was not your fault? Diminished value is market value lost because of a non-at fault accident and is determined after the qualified repairs have been completed. Many insurance companies try to offer you an amount to settle the claim, but the only way you will know if it is a reasonable amount is if you have one of our certified auto appraisers complete an appraisal. Our certified diminished value appraisals will show your prior accident value and post accident value.
Total Loss Appraisal (Third Party)
Were you involved in an accident and the insurance company deemed your vehicle a total loss? During the claim process, the insurance company will make you an offer to settle the claim. If you don't agree with their offer or you are having second thoughts about accepting their offer; we can help determine the Fair Market Value (FMV) or Actual Cash Value (ACV) of your vehicle. You do have the right to hire an independent certified auto appraiser to get a second opinion. Our certified auto appraiser will go to the vehicle location, conduct the inspection and complete a certified total loss appraisal on your vehicle. In most cases Total Loss Claims require our certified auto appraiser to negotiate your claim with the insurance company's independent appraiser. Our appraisal fee includes this at no addition charge!
Fire and Theft Claims
In most cases if your vehicle was involved in a fire or theft loss; the insurance company has no way of determining the full details and options of your vehicle because it was non-recoverable. If you had aftermarket parts installed or upgrades done to the vehicle, the insurance company may not include that in your claim offer. Always keep record and receipts of any parts you add to your vehicle. You will need to provide proof when disputing a claim. For further details, please contact one of our certified auto appraisers.
Auto Body Repair/Collision Repair Estimate
Are you about to have your vehicle repaired or in the process of having it repaired? Do you second guess the quality or the amount of repairs being performed? You do have the right to a second opinion and can hire an independent licensed auto adjuster to complete a repair estimate on your vehicle. Once the repair estimate is completed, you can compare it to what the body shop provided. Contact us today for further details.
